Our rehabilitation and high support services provide low secure care for men and a range of step-down care for both men and women, along with a psychiatric intensive care unit for men.

These aim to support you to your their full potential and optimum level of independence and to enhance your life skills and community functioning.  The ultimate aim is to enable you to safely integrate back into your local communities, where appropriate.

Our rehab services are delivered at nine bespoke units, which are age and gender specific, located across our patch either within the community or on a hospital site.

The majority of units accept referrals for people across the Pennine Care patch, and further field, where appropriate.
