Tim Barlow - Non Executive Director
Tim joined us as a non-executive director in January 2024, bringing a wealth of strategic financial and commercial experience from both the public and private sector.
He is a qualified accountant and has over 20 years of board level responsibility for delivering improved financial and organisational performance.
Tim is currently deputy group chief financial officer at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust and was previously a non-executive director of Trafford Primary Care Trust.
