Viv joined us as a non-executive director in January 2024 and has led organisations in the social housing, urban regeneration, and adult social care sectors for over 25 years.
Her experience of the private and public sectors includes identifying new models of delivery, integrating acquisitions, and driving multi-million-pound business growth.
Viv is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their best and is Chief Executive of the Pilkington Trust charity.
