Parent infant mental health services is the new name for our five teams previously known as either the early attachment service or infant parent service.
You told us that having different names for the same type of support was confusing for families and professionals. By introducing one clear and descriptive name, we aim to make it easier for people to understand, access, and talk about our services.
We want to reassure families and partners that this is purely a name change. Our teams will continue to deliver the same high-quality care and support for early parent-infant relationships that we’re known for.
To support the change, we have:
- Introduced a refreshed design and logo across all our materials.
- Updated our service email addresses and web pages (old links and emails will automatically redirect).
- Continued using the same telephone numbers.
We’ve written to families and stakeholders to let them know about the change. Please help us spread the word by using our new name – in conversations and signposting.
