Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Adult Community Learning Disabilities
We provide a service to any adult over the age of 18 with a learning disability.
Anyone can refer to our service. Our main aim is to help people with a learning disability achieve the same health outcomes as everyone else. Our team consists of nurses and speech and language therapists.
Some of the service we can offer include:
- Communication assessments
- Health care assessments
- Speech and language therapy
- Behavioural support
- Dementia support
- Mental health support
- Access to treatment
