We provide a range of treatment and support options for people struggling to cope with low mood, stress, anxiety, depression, or any of the common mental health problems (that up to one in four people will experience at some point in their life time).

In some of our areas we may also be able to support you if you have a long-term physical health condition.

We can support you if you're over the age of 16 years, and are registered with a GP in Bury or live in the Bury area.

There's two ways which you can refer yourself to our service:

SilverCloud referral

We are offering a mental health self-help programme called SilverCloud, where you can instantly access materials which have been shown to have a positive impact on depression, anxiety and stress.

You can log into the program from any device as often as you want, and we'll regularly support you as you work through the materials. Once you have completed the program, you will still be able to access the information in your account for up to a year.

Tameside and Glossop is an ‘IAPT Plus’ service. We offer a range of treatment and support options for people struggling to cope with common mental health problems.  We also offer support to help you overcome barriers in accessing and meeting health and social care needs which are impacting on yourwellbeing and mental health.

This service is delivered by partnership agencies including Pennine Care, Big Life Group and MIND.
