Tameside Community Mental Health Team - Older People
We provide multi-disciplinary assessment, treatment, intervention and care for older people who may be experiencing moderate to severe mental health problems.
This includes depression, bi-polar disorder and psychosis.
We can also offer you the same interventions if you have a diagnosis of dementia.
Our contact number is also the single point of entry for referrals into all older people's mental health services in Tameside and Glossop.
