Home treatment team
We provide intensive support in the community to people aged between 16 and 65 years who are experiencing acute mental health crisis.
Our team is made up of consultant psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health nurses. We can support you as an alternative to hospital admission.
Our treatment includes brief psychosocial interventions, risk management and medication initiation and monitoring.
