Cambeck Close Short Break Service

Cambeck Close provides overnight short breaks and support to children and adults that have a learning disability and additional healthcare needs. 

Our team consists of registered nurses, assistant practitioners and support workers and we operate from two purpose-built, accessible bungalows in Whitefield, Bury.  

We can care for you if you have a learning disability and an additional health need. This includes complex epilepsy, a range of behaviours that can present as challenging, and problems with sleep that may impact on your health.  

You will receive a plan with details of the support provided when staying here. These will be reviewed prior to each stay.

When the Care Quality Commission last inspected us we received a 'good' rating overall, with an 'outstanding' rating for responsive. Click here to read the full report.

Cambeck Close is now completely smokefree, meaning smoking isn't allowed anywhere in or out of the site.
