We’re recruiting 80 new trainee healthcare support workers. You don’t need any previous experience in health or care, just a passion to support and care for patients within our mental health and learning disabilities services.

As a trainee healthcare support worker you’ll be at the very heart of everything we do – helping patients with social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and meal times.

The role can lead to a range of career opportunities for those who have the skills to deliver high-quality, compassionate care; going on to become our future mental health nurses, mental health practitioners, occupational therapists and nursing assistants.

We’d encourage people, at all stages of their working lives, who have transferable skills and experiences to apply for these new roles.

We’re working with Indeed to find the best people for this role and will be holding virtual interviews on Wednesday 2 March.
