We've introduced the first electric vehicle to our transport fleet, nicknamed ‘Penny’.
This is in line with our green plan commitment to replace all our vans with electric vehicles by 2027.
It’ll help reduce pollution, improve air quality, and reduce fuel costs.
We’re already seeing the benefits, with fuel expenses estimated to go down by nearly £2,000 this year alone.
Chris Carlsen, our head of sustainability, said: “Our travel and transport make up around 20 percent of our carbon footprint.
“Moving to electric vehicles will lower emissions, improve air quality, and save money, all while supporting a greener and healthier future for everyone.
This is an exciting step forward in our journey toward sustainability."
