Stockport west community mental health team is now known as Stockport west specialist mental health team. We are part of the Stockport neighbourhood mental health service.
We support adults aged between 16 and 65 for a wide range of mental health conditions, including severe and enduring mental illnesses.
We consider all the factors in your life - including your family life, employment, housing, psychological needs and your hopes and aspirations - so our support can be as tailored to you as possible.
