The Stockport older people's community mental health team is now known as the Stockport older people's specialist mental health team. We are part of the Stockport neighbourhood mental health service.
We assess and treat people over 65 with severe and/or enduring mental health needs.
Our team of different health and care professionals will offer you tailored treatment to best match your needs.
We regular review our treatment plans with you, and you will be referred back to you GP when we complete your treatment.
Our home intervention service is also available through our older people's community mental health team.
