Older people's community mental health team
We assess and treat people over 65 with severe and/or enduring mental health needs.
Our multi-disciplinary team will offer you tailored treatment to best match your needs. We regular review our treatment plans with you, and you will be referred back to you GP when we complete your treatment.
Our home intervention service is also available through our older people's community mental health team.
