We provide a comprehensive assessment to determine if you have a dementia or not. We also initiate and monitor dementia medication.
Once you have been discharged, you can attend our monthly drop-in session if you require any further advice.
Our clinic provides a comprehensive service once you've been diagnosed, for all types of dementias, along with support for your carers.
We have close working relationships with GP practices so you get the best service throughout.
We offer information groups on Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and Lewy-body dementia, as well as general carer information around dementia.
We have created an access guide for The Meadows, which may be helpful if you are visiting.
The access guide has photographs and information about directions, parking, toilets, other facilities. It also has details of assistance available, such as wheelchairs, hearing loops, interpreters and information in different formats.
