We offer support and treatment if you're experiencing problems such as low mood, stress, anxiety, panic attacks or difficulty sleeping.
We can work with you if you have post-natal depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, or eating difficulties. We can also help you to manage the emotional impact of a long-term physical health problem, or chronic pain.
With the help and support from our team of therapists and counsellors, these feelings and symptoms can be managed, guiding you to a successful recovery.
SilverCloud has a range online programmes that will help to teach you techniques based on cognitive behavioural therapy. There are many activities to complete, which help you to make practical changes in your thinking and behaviour, to manage your mood or anxiety.
The programme is private and secure, and is very interactive and flexible. It can also be used on any phone or tablet device, so that you always have access to it.
In most cases, you’ll get instant access to the programme. Then a therapist will provide up to six weekly online reviews to help you to get the most out of the programme.

Alternatively, if you would like to speak to a member of our team about your difficulties and find a level of treatment that is right for you, you can self-refer to Healthy Minds by completing the online form. You can also be referred by your GP or health professional.
We work in partnership with self help services in order to minimise our waiting times, and sometimes we may offer you the option of having your initial assessment with this service. You may decline this option by stating this in your self-referral.
We're working hard so we can keep supporting you through this difficult time.
Instead of face-to-face appointments or groups, we will be offering support via telephone, video platform, or online via Silvercloud.
You may find it more difficult to get through to us, but please bear with us.
We hope you and your family are staying as safe and well as possible, and we're sorry for any inconvenience.
