Oldham adult home treatment team
We provide intensive support in the community, if you are aged between 16 and 65 years, and are experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
We are an alternative to hospital admission. We will also provide intensive support if you are leaving hospital, as part of your discharge pathway.
Our treatment includes brief psychosocial interventions, risk management and medication monitoring.
