The Oldham community mental health team is now known as the Oldham specialist mental health team. We are part of the Oldham neighbourhood mental health service.
We provide support for adults with severe and enduring mental health problems.
We also give consideration to your carers’ needs, and carry out risk assessment and management.
Referral to us is typically through a consultant, hospital ward, or the single point of entry.
