Children’s community learning disability team, Bury
We help children with a diagnosed learning disability who have a GP registered in Bury.
We also help families, carers, wider services and professionals, including schools, social care and health care.
Our team is made up of children’s learning disability nurses.
We offer assessments for positive behaviour support and sleep assessments.
We accept referrals from young people, families, carers, social workers, GPs and other health professionals.
All referrals will be checked to see if you are eligible for support from us.
