Gaynor Mullins - Executive Director of Strategy
Gaynor has worked in the NHS for over 30 years. She was chief operating officer at NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group for five years, and her experience includes leading large scale and complex transformation programmes.
Gaynor joined us as a programme director in 2019 to oversee the transfer of our community health services which involved eight complex transactions to other provider organisations. As a programme director she also led the development of the Greater Manchester child & adolescent mental health (CAMHS) provider collaborative, as well as our corporate services redesign programme.
