Share your views on digital support for mental health and learning disability services

We are improving the digital services we offer - including video appointments, websites, patient portal, mobile apps and other online tools.

To make sure these services work for you, we want to hear your views.

Whether you use our services yourself, or you care for someone who does, your feedback will help us understand what works well, what doesn’t, and what could make digital support easier to use. This will directly shape how we develop our digital services in the future.

Who can take part

This questionnaire is for:

  • People who use mental health services
  • People who use learning disability services
  • Carers, parents, or family members who support someone using these services

Your responses are confidential and anonymous. We will not collect your name or contact details unless you choose to provide them.

What we’d like to know

The survey asks about:

  • Which digital services you’ve used in the past 12 months
  • What worked well and what didn’t
  • How confident you feel using digital tools
  • What would make digital services easier or better for you
  • What stops you from using digital support, if you don’t use it now

There are no right or wrong answers — we simply want to understand your experiences.
