For anyone coming to our child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) for the first time, we’ve added some new walkaround videos to our website.
Kate Maher, assistant psychologist in our young people's specialist support team, has made them for all the borough sites, with clear directions on how to find reception and how the appointment will work on the day.
Kate said: "We know that people can find it really difficult to come into new environments and struggle with the uncertainty of what to expect from their visits.
"I made these videos to help families and young people, especially those with autism or learning disabilities, better prepare and ease their anxieties."
