Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale children's orthoptics (eye specialists)
We are community-based eye specialists and we provide assessment and treatment of children with defective eye movements and vision impairment at a range of venues across Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.
Treatment includes use of corrective lenses, eye exercises, eye patching and may involve onward referral to other specialisms.
We are part of the Children’s Acute and Ongoing Needs Service (CAONS), which launched in September 2016. Click here to find out more about the CAONS.
The CAONS include a number of specialisms for children and young people (details via above link) and all can accessed via a Single Point of Access (contact details below).
The address provided below is a central hub for all specialisms, however we provide services at a range of community-based venues.
