Following the promotion of the existing post holder, we now have an exciting, challenging, yet hugely rewarding, opportunity for an experienced or aspiring executive director.
This is a critical appointment for our organisation, and we require an exceptional and inclusive leader to work with our Board through the next stage in our development.
As a full member of the executive team, you will support development of an open and engaging culture for service users and staff, encouraging excellence in clinical practice, facilitating team working and multi-professional care delivery.
We're seeking a values-based leader who can develop and operate as a beacon and model of compassionate leadership and further develop our culture of psychological safety and trauma informed care.
Reporting directly to our Chief Executive, Anthony Hassall, we are looking for an exceptional team player, someone who is driven by outstanding patient care, listens to the voice of our colleagues and service users and strives always to be better.
