A DTC is a therapy group for people with complex needs. These may include difficulty with relationships along with self-defeating or self-harming behaviours such as the misuse of alcohol, drugs or prescribed/over-the-counter medication, and other kinds of self-harm like cutting, under or over-eating or isolating yourself. The DTC gives you the chance to explore difficult feelings and harmful behaviours in a safe environment.
