Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Children's Community Nurses

The children's community nursing specialists are registered children's nurses with hospital and community experience. They who work with parents and carers to provide nursing care, support and education to children and young people aged 0-19 years within the area of Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.

The aim is to enable the child to be nursed at home or in a community setting where possible.

The CAONS include a number of specialisms for children and young people (details via above link) and all can accessed via a Single Point of Access (contact details below).

The address provided below is a central hub for all specialisms, however the children’s community nurses provide services in people’s homes and at a range of community-based venues.
