Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Adult Community Learning Disabilities

We provide a service to any adult over the age of 18 with a learning disability.

Anyone can refer to our service. The primary function of our service is to enable people with a learning disability to achieve the same health outcomes as everyone else. Our team consists of nurses, psychologist and speech and language therapist.
