We work in partnership with a number of non-NHS organisations in each of the boroughs. This helps us to deliver services in accordance with national guidance and local needs. These partner organisations include local authorities, educational establishments, police, prison service, probation, the private sector and not-for-profit and community groups.
We are particularly proud of our close links with social services and service user and carer groups. User and carer involvement is a priority for the Trust. This involvement helps with the development of services that are appropriate, accessible and responsive.
Some of these organisations are involved in the joint delivery of services with us. They will arrange for you to see the information you require.
Some of the partnerships will involve information sharing. Agreed protocols and procedures are in place for this. The Trust also has its own Information Sharing Policy.
The Trust can provide information about meetings with partner organisations and any relevant service level agreements. We will not provide material that is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or the Data Protection Act 1998.
These procedures and arrangements are all available from the Publication Scheme Co-ordinator.
